Villa in Alfaz del Pi - New build

We want to welcome you to our innovative and exclusive project, Villas Darren. A private urbanization of 12 independent villas with their own private pool and garden. The villas will have a wooden structure, making them sustainable and highly energy efficient. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in the light of the Mediterranean. Open spaces full of luminosity and great spaciousness, without visual architectural barriers, provide a vision of infinite space. All that with a southern orientation and lovely views of the sea and the mountains.

Villas Darren are located in the well-known Scandinavian area. Only a few kilometers from Playa del Albir and the Sierra Helada with endless routes and activities. Very close to the villas is the urban center of Alfaz del Pi, whith all the necessary facilities. 

The villas are divided over two floor. The ground floor will consist of an open-plan living area with a living/dining room, a kitchen with high-quality furniture with porcelain countertops and equipped with maximum energy efficiency appliances, a guest toilet and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor you'll find two more bedrooms and one shared bathroom. These bedrooms have been designed giving all the prominence to their views of the Mediterranean Sea. From the living area and the master bedroom, you have direct access to the pool, terrace and garden area.

There are several optional packages available to personalize the villas, such as a basement floor (with natural light), underfloor heating, blinds, etc.
