It is a privileged part of the Mediterranean coast with outstanding natural value, and the tourism sector is the main factor in driving local development.
The plot of this project is 1.028 m2 and triangular shaped. It is located on a slope facing the sea with excellent views of both the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park.
A continuous glass wall divides the area into an inside and outside areas within the same space, and simple architectural features allow users to easily and conveniently adapt the space to their own needs.
The staircase and lift (optional) separate the kitchen and dining area from the living area. The kitchen-diner, with its central island, and dining-room, alongside the glass wall, are visually connected and are located on a different terrace, due to the multi-terraced layout of the plot. A guest toilet, laundry room and optional barbecue area are situated within the width of the retaining walls, while an interior patio with lighting facilities provides cross ventilation for this important part of the property.
An open staircase provides access to the first floor, where the bedrooms are located. There are three bedrooms, each with its own built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, as well as a large master bedroom with its own suite, small private outdoor patio and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The four bedrooms occupy the east side of the rst oor, facing the sea with spectacular views from one continuous balcony.
The basement has optional lift access to the upper oors, and contains a utility room, toilet, and a garage with space for three cars.
The proposal includes an outdoor masonry barbecue module built in the wall of the residential area and close to swimming-pool area comprising replace, sink, woodshed and auxiliary closet for storage with sliding panels locking. This construction is intended to get integrated in the housing project.
