Villa in Moraira - New build

Cumbre del Sol is home to Villa Asier, characterized by an architecture that extends outwards to the blue Mediterranean Sea, and has been designed to be enjoyed with friends and family.

The upper floor houses the entire house, which provides extra comfort. The night area consists of three en-suite bedrooms bathed in natural light that maintain a great deal of privacy from the day areas. The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected to the outside world, thanks to the use of glass walls that promote a permanent visual connection with the sea. The terrace of more than 70m² is dominated by an infinity pool. The house is completed by a multifunctional basement with two verandas and a garage.

The geometric shapes that define the exterior structure are clad in glass and natural stone slabs in the color gray, which contrasts with the white of the facade. The cube that forms the terrace of the master bedroom catches the eye and looks directly out to sea.
